Founded by Ziyad Brothers Importing and Maher Chebaro, an award-winning chef and owner of fine dining restaurants in Chicago, Beirut, New York, and around the world, Falafill was started 5 years ago, and now that the model has been perfected we are looking to grow aggressively.

Training: Training starts with two weeks at our corporate headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, where we provide training for you, your general manager, and one additional employee. Training includes hands-on experience for your management team at our flagship location as well as classroom training that consists of restaurant operations, inventory control, marketing, sales, P.O.S. system, personnel management, and much more. We also send one of our highly skilled Training and Support Managers to assist you with the opening of your restaurant.
Falafill has a proven, manager-run business model that is perfect for single or multiple unit ownership. This means you will not need to be at the restaurant on a daily basis; however, you will need to provide supervision, oversight and leadership to your staff.
